 Supplier Development Engineer
The "International Management & Innovation Group" (IMIG) is an internationally operating consulting company with headquarter in Germany. Thereby we focus on identifying and developing potentials for profitable growth as well as designing and implementing optimized workflows and structures for processes in the fields of manufacturing, logistics, innovation, management and human resource.
Location: Nanjing
Tasks:
Conduct process audits, Perform supplier improvement projects, Implement PDCA, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, 5S etc at suppliers, Define KPIs and implement regular quality statistics, Review and improve work instructions, Support suppliers to achieve challenging quality targets.
Requirements:
University degree in engineering, Work experience at automotive OEM or component supplier, Familiar with component manufacturing technology, Process Engineering and PPAP documentation experience, Six Sigma Green Belt, Good English language skills, Chinese native speaker.
Reports to: VP Supplier Development.

 Management Consultant
Job Description:
On the basis of learning and absorbing IMIG methods and concept of consultation, independently lead other members of IMIG China team to help Chinese customers implement Lean Production System; In project implementation, constantly sum up method and concept of consultation suitable for China's national conditions, at the same time, take a certain responsibility of business promotion and customer contact.
Requirement:
8 years experience in large and medium-sized foreign and joint venture manufacturing companies as a middle-level manager; with a wealth of practical experience and theoretical basis; more than two years experience in related fields for consulting or training, proficient in written and oral English is a plus.
 
Sales Manager (Based in Shanghai)

Job Description:
Be in charge of strategic and practical business development, customer and project acquisition; Achieve sales targets assigned by the management; Draft and implement sales strategies according to company business strategies; Understand and monitor company's customers, competitors and other market information; Manage the customer relationships in Shanghai and around China; Support the marketing and project delivery; Develop the products and services consistently; Be the interface to technical sales team in IMIG Group headquarter in Germany. Take lead of the sales team.
Requirement:
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration; Proven network in automotive industry and others with more than 5 years technical sales work experience in industry; English skills are preferred and have sufficient IT skills in basic MS office products; Able to work under pressure and be capable to work on multiple projects in a company with international background; Previous work experience in foreign-owned company or joint ventures is preferable; Willingness to travel domestic and abroad; Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills are required

 
Project Assistant

Job Description:
Independently explore customers with cold calls, promote advisory services;
Through effective telephone communication, master and identify potential customer needs and then effectively deliver relevant information; assist consultant in customer maintenance and service;
Summarize and organize customer document;
Requirement:
Junior college or above, with more than one year call sales experience, advisory and training background is preferred; Good communication and learning ability, honest and willing to accept challenge, work under pressure, and peaceful mindset; Active, aggreesive and persistent on work; Good at Office, including word/ ppt/ excel.
